Final terms, eligibility, rates, fees, collateral, occupancy requirements, and structure depend on the borrower, the property, the lender, the project, and current SBA rules, all of which can change.

The payment estimator produces illustrative figures based solely on the values you enter. It does not include all costs, fees, guaranty fees, insurance, taxes, or reserve requirements, and it does not reflect any lender's actual pricing or underwriting. Do not rely on it for a purchase, financing, or lease decision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
