Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Foster Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with anibalcre.com (the “Site”). The Site is an educational and consultation-request resource for business owners considering commercial real estate ownership. We do not sell products, process payments, or create user accounts on this Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you request a consultation or submit a form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, business information, and anything you include in a message.
Readiness Check responses. The Ownership Readiness Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are used to display your result and are not transmitted to us unless you choose to submit them with a consultation request.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps for security and reliability purposes.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or conduct a consultation.
- To send information you requested about SBA and commercial financing options.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to operate the Site and manage inquiries. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us:
- Website hosting and delivery — serves the Site and maintains security logs.
- GoHighLevel — powers our contact, scheduling, and consultation-request forms and stores submitted contact details.
- Google Fonts — delivers the typefaces used on the Site.
- Video hosting — delivers the SBA Buyer Readiness Guide video and may set its own cookies when you press play.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses essential storage to remember your cookie choice and to operate basic features. We do not run advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing technologies in the future, they will load only after you accept optional cookies in the notice shown on the Site. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this Site.
Embedded third-party content (such as video) may set its own cookies once you interact with it. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
5. How long we keep information
We retain consultation requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.
6. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. To make a request, email azavala@thefosterco.com. We will verify your request using the contact information we already have on file and respond within the time frames required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents such as tax returns, bank statements, or Social Security numbers through the website forms; we will provide a secure method when documents are needed.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
